    Akesson Bejofo Estate, Madagascar

    Bejofo Estate is an organic cacao orchard that makes up one part of the 2000-hectare Akesson Estate in northwest Madagascar's Sambirano Valley. Akesson's estate is divided into four smaller estates -- Madirofolo, Menavava, Bejofo, and Ambolikapik. Learn more >

    Organic Cane Sugar

    Made from organic sugar cane grown in South America. The cane juice, rich in molasses, vitamins and minerals, is squeezed from fresh sugar cane, evaporated and crystallized.

    Pure Flake Finishing Salt from our friends at Jacobsen Salt Co. It doesn't get any better than this.

    Our chocolate is made without the use of additional flavor additives or emulsifiers, such as vanilla or soy lecithin. We like to stay true to the unique flavor of each cacao origin.
