Tour the Spinnaker Chocolate factory. Learn about where we source our beans then see how we transform them into finish chocolate bars. We'll end the tour with samples of a variety of finished chocolate bars.

Learn how to make chocolate the Spinnaker Chocolate way. We'll cover how to source, sort and micronize cocoa beans; crack and winnow; roast cacao nibs; grind and conch; temper and mold bars so you can start practicing at home.
