Club members receive four allocations of chocolate per year. Every quarter we'll ship (or hold for in-store pickup) a fresh selection of our newest and best flavors. Our chocolate makers will select the chocolate for each allocation, but club members can customize selections in a few ways (eg. only darks, only vegan-friendly).

You can book directly from our website! Just head over to our Visit Us page and choose the "Private Factory Tour" option. Use your respective discount code – Cadet, Chief Mate, or Captain – at checkout.

Super easy! At checkout, be sure to use the email or phone number associated with your membership. Once you enter that information in, you'll see your discount automatically applied as well as free ground shipping.

First you’ll choose a membership level and pay for one full year. At the end of the year, we'll reach out to your friend, spouse, co-worker, wacky uncle, etc. and see if they want to continue. If not, the membership will expire.

After cancelation, your membership will not renew the following year. By default, you willreceive your remaining shipments for the current year. And if you want to stop all shipments, no problem, just let us know.
