Chocolate Bitters

Made with the leftover chocolatey bourbon after manufacturing our 70% Belize with Bourbon bar. We give the chocolatey bourbon back to our friends at 2BAR Bourbon and they have graciously turned it into delicious bitters with a subtle nutty undertone.

In addition to the bourbon and chocolate, these bitters include orange peel, sour cherries, vanilla bean, all spice, cassia, gentian, and angelica.
